The team designed and developed the Taylors Hill Estate, with its 2500 home sites and 8 fully landscaped parks, including Homestead Park, which preserves the history of the original farmhouse. Designed for an exceptionally high quality of living, the estate boasts attractive streetscapes and mature trees throughout.

The highly successful Taylors Hill Shopping Centre, which includes the local Coles supermarket, was rezoned, planned and designed by Lawport.

The Point Estate is difficult to miss, with its vertical stainless-steel landmark a recognisable gateway to the area. This boutique estate comprises 120 home sites, conveniently located in Fraser Rise, where residents can take advantage of the established amenity in the surrounding area.

Orbis Green comprises 220 home sites located within tree-lined streets and close to the picturesque Stony Hill Creek, creating a serene environment for its residents. The entrance is marked by a large artist-designed sculpture reflecting the name Orbis (Latin for 'circle/orb').

The team was also involved in the initial planning of The City Vista Sports Reserve to the north of the estate, which provides recreational services to local residents.

The highly regarded Infinity Estate comprises 750 diverse home sites, located in the suburb of Fraser Rise.

Crafted for family living, the estate boasts Infinity Park, which includes BBQs, a playground and an artist-designed sculpture. The fully landscaped Waterway Reserve meanders through the estate, eventually connecting to the Caroline Springs Lineal Reserve.
